It will be published two collections of Conference proceedings:

• Conference proceedings in Russian, indexed in RSCI (volume is up to 10 pages). Publication is free. The number of articles in the collection is limited. The articles will be reviewed. Deadline for article submission – May 20, 2019. The collection will be released in 2019.

• Conference proceedings in English in the "Springer Proceedings in Earth and Environmental Sciences" published by Springer (Springer Nature Switzerland) (volume is 6-8 pages). Article will be indexed in WoS and Scopus (year - 2019, the collection will be included in the citation system in 2020). The articles will be double-blind reviewed. Publication is free. Deadline for article submission – May 20, 2019.

A necessary condition for publication in Springer is to provide the following documents:

1. Article in English, designed according to the requirements of the publisher
2. The contract on transfer of copyright
3. Consent to the processing of personal data
4. Expert opinion on the possibility of publication

Please note that the responsibility for the quality of the translation of the article into English lies with the authors. Springer reserves the right to refuse publication due to poor English. Articles with poor English may also be rejected by the editors of the collection. Articles will be tested for anti-plagiarism.

Materials of articles, designed in accordance with the requirements, and scans of the necessary documents, please send to the e-mail address confidgras@gmail.com marked with the publication type. The original documents are handed over to the organizers upon registration for the conference on June 4, 2019.

Articles should not be duplicated in Russian and English collections.
