The document confirming the payment of the registration fee must contain the name and initials of the payer! Otherwise, we will not be able to find out who paid the registration fee.
Onsite payment is not available
There will be no refund for cancellation/withdrawal of conference registration received after 01 June 2019. For cancellations before 01 June 2019 you must contact the organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee will send the applicant a sample application for a refund. After receipt of the completed and signed application to the organizing Committee, the funds will be returned to the applicant.
